Tel Aviv installs traffic lights for "zombies" who use the cell phone

TEL AVIV, Israel (AP) - Tel Aviv is taking measures to protect "zombies" distracted by their cell phones.

The municipality has installed LED lights on the sidewalks of a busy intersection to warn distracted pedestrians when they can cross and when they should stop.
